[Properties]
This product is a white film-coated tablet that appears white after removal of the film coating.
[Indications]
Irritable bowel syndrome, spastic colon, gastroenteritis, gastric, duodenal, and esophageal diseases, and preparation for endoscopic examinations (esophagoscopy, gastroscopy, duodenoscope, and proctoscopy).
[Dosage and Administration]
As directed by a physician, take one tablet 2-3 times daily.
[Adverse Reactions]
Occasionally, nausea, vomiting, upper abdominal pain, abdominal discomfort, headache, and dizziness may occur.
[Contraindications]
Patients with allergies to this drug.
[Precautions]
Patients with glaucoma, prostatic hyperplasia, or pyloric stenosis should use with caution.
[Special Population Use]
Precautions for Children: Follow physician's instructions.
Precautions for Pregnancy and Lactation: Although no embryotoxicity, teratogenicity, or mutagenicity have been observed in animal studies, this drug should only be used during pregnancy and lactation when absolutely necessary and under the close supervision of a physician. It is generally not used during pregnancy and lactation.

[Pharmacological Actions]
In pharmacotherapy, sparganamine belongs to a class of antispasmodic and anticholinergic drugs (ATC number: A03A B06). It has a selective and potent antispasmodic effect on gastrointestinal smooth muscle and is therefore suitable for all hypermotility, spasticity caused by various causes and locations, and pathological atrophy of smooth muscle fibers.
