Drug Name: Compound Aluminium Hydroxide Tablets
Indications: For relieving stomach pain, heartburn, and acid reflux caused by excessive stomach acid; also used for chronic gastritis.
Main Ingredients: This product is a compound preparation. Each tablet contains the main ingredients: aluminum hydroxide 0.245g, magnesium trisilicate 0.105g, and belladonna extract 0.0026ml.

Drug Interactions: 1. Avoid taking other medications within one hour of taking this medication, as aluminum hydroxide can bind with other drugs, reducing absorption and affecting efficacy. 2. This product should not be taken concurrently with enteric-coated tablets, as it may accelerate the dissolution of the enteric-coated tablets. 3. Drug interactions may occur if used with other medications; please consult your doctor or pharmacist for details.
Adverse Reactions: 1. Long-term use in high doses may cause severe constipation, and fecal impaction may lead to intestinal obstruction. 2. Long-term use in the elderly may lead to osteoporosis. 3. Patients with renal insufficiency may experience elevated blood aluminum levels after taking this medication. Contraindications: This product is contraindicated in patients with appendicitis or acute abdominal pain.
Precautions:
1. Do not use this product continuously for more than 7 days. If symptoms do not improve, consult a doctor or pharmacist.
2. Use with caution during the first trimester of pregnancy, in patients with renal insufficiency, or those with chronic constipation.
3. Because this product can interfere with phosphorus absorption, it should not be used in large doses for extended periods. Use with caution in patients with hypophosphatemia (such as malabsorption syndrome).
4. Use with caution in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia, glaucoma, hypertension, cardiac or gastrointestinal obstructive diseases, hyperthyroidism, ulcerative colitis, etc.

7. This product is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to it; use with caution in patients with allergic constitutions.
