[Properties]
This product is a film-coated tablet. After removing the film coating, it appears white or off-white.
[Indications]
This product is used as an adjunctive treatment for myocardial ischemia, angina pectoris, and cerebral infarction.
[Dosage and Administration]
Oral administration: 1g (4 tablets) three times a day, or as directed by a physician.
[Adverse Reactions]
Mild gastrointestinal reactions may occur occasionally. These reactions are generally non-existent when taken after meals. Dizziness, nausea, and vomiting may occur occasionally.
[Contraindications]
This product is contraindicated in patients with allergies, hyperphosphatemia, severe renal insufficiency, cardiac insufficiency, or edema.

[Pharmacological Actions]
This product is a cellular metabolite present in the human body that regulates the activity of multiple enzymes involved in glucose metabolism. Exogenous sodium fructose diphosphate has been reported to activate phosphofructokinase and pyruvate kinase, increasing intracellular concentrations of adenosine triphosphate and creatine phosphate, promoting potassium ion influx, and benefiting cellular energy metabolism and glucose utilization during ischemic and hypoxic conditions, thereby alleviating damage to the ischemic myocardium.
