This product has strong adhesion to damaged mucosa and can also kill Helicobacter pylori in the stomach.

After oral administration, this product is minimally absorbed from the intestine, resulting in extremely low plasma and urine concentrations. The vast majority of the product is excreted in the feces. Trace amounts of bismuth, after absorption, are primarily distributed to tissues such as the liver and kidneys, with the kidneys being the primary route of excretion.
