Used to relieve stomach pain, heartburn, and acid reflux caused by excessive gastric acid.

[Dosage and Administration]
Oral. Adults: 1 capsule twice daily, not to exceed 4 times in 24 hours.
[Adverse Reactions]
1. Long-term use or increased dosage may cause the following: male breast swelling, lactation, decreased libido, diarrhea, dizziness or headache, muscle cramps or pain, rash, and hair loss. 2. Occasional adverse reactions include: ① Mental disturbances, more common in elderly or seriously ill patients, which resolve within 48 hours after discontinuation of medication; ② Sore throat and fever; ③ Unexplained bleeding or bruising, as well as unusual fatigue and weakness; ④ Granulocytopenia or other abnormal blood counts, more common in patients with severe comorbidities.
[Contraindications]
Precautions:
1. Do not use this product continuously for more than 7 days. If symptoms persist, consult a physician or pharmacist.
2. Children and elderly patients should use this product under the guidance of a physician.
3. Use with caution in the following situations: severe heart or respiratory disease, systemic lupus erythematosus, organic brain, liver, or kidney impairment.
4. In case of overdose or serious adverse reactions, seek medical attention immediately.
5. Do not use if you are allergic to this product. Use with caution if you have allergic reactions.
6. Do not use this product if its properties change.
7. Keep out of reach of children. 8. Children must be supervised by an adult before use.
9. If you are currently taking other medications, consult a physician or pharmacist before using this product.
[Drug Interactions]
1. Concomitant use of this product with antacids such as aluminum hydroxide and magnesium oxide may reduce its absorption and is therefore generally not recommended. 2. Concomitant use of this product with nitrazepam (nitrazepam), diazepam (Valium), theophylline, propranolol (propranolol), phenytoin sodium, and aspirin may increase the blood concentration of these drugs, enhancing their effects and causing adverse reactions or even toxic reactions. Therefore, this product should not be used with these drugs. 3. Concomitant use of this product with aminoglycoside antibiotics such as gentamicin may cause respiratory depression or respiratory arrest. 4. Concomitant use with other medications may result in drug interactions; consult a physician or pharmacist for details.
[Pediatric Use]
This product should be used by children under the guidance of a physician.
[Use in Elderly Patients]
Use with caution in patients with hepatic or renal insufficiency and the elderly.
