[Ingredients]
This product is a compound preparation. Each capsule contains 66.7 mg of bismuth aluminate, 133.3 mg of heavy magnesium carbonate, 66.7 mg of sodium bicarbonate, 100 mg of licorice extract powder, 8.3 mg of Salvia salviae roxburghii, and 3.3 mg of fennel powder.
[Properties]
This product is a capsule containing a light brown powder.
[Indications]
For the relief of stomach pain, burning sensation, acid reflux, and chronic gastritis caused by excessive stomach acid.
[Dosage and Administration]
Oral administration: 3-6 capsules three times daily. Take with water after meals.
[Adverse Reactions]
This product has few adverse reactions. Occasionally, constipation, loose stools, dry mouth, insomnia, and nausea may occur, which disappear spontaneously after discontinuation of the drug.

[Pharmacological Actions]
Bismuth aluminate forms a protective film on the gastric and duodenal mucosa. Sodium bicarbonate and heavy magnesium carbonate both have significant antacid effects. Combined with licorice extract, cascara bark, and fennel, this formula can regulate excessive gastric acid, flatulence, relieve constipation, strengthen the gastric and duodenal mucosal barrier, promote mucosal regeneration, and promote ulcer healing. Animal studies have shown that this product significantly reduces the incidence of experimental gastritis in rats, has a significant preventive and therapeutic effect on stress-induced and pyloric ligation ulcers in rats, and neutralizes gastric acid, but has no significant effect on regulating gastric juice.
