[Properties]
This product is a white or off-white suspension granule with a sweet taste.
[Indications]
Indicated for the treatment of acute and chronic gastritis, gastric and duodenal ulcers, reflux esophagitis, bile reflux, and hyperacidic gastric disorders.
[Dosage and Administration]
Take 1-2 capsules three times daily, orally or with warm water.
[Adverse Reactions]
Occasionally may include diarrhea, thirst, and loss of appetite.
[Contraindications]
Contraindicated in patients with hypermagnesemia.
[Precautions]
1. Use with caution in patients with severe heart and kidney dysfunction.

[Drug Interactions]
1. This product should not be used with tetracycline antibiotics.
2. If you are taking other medications, consult your physician or pharmacist before using this product.
[Pharmacological Actions]
It has an antacid effect, neutralizing gastric acid. It binds to pepsin and bile acid, inhibiting their activity, preventing these substances from damaging the gastric mucosa and maintaining its barrier function. It also promotes the production of prostaglandins (PGE) and epithelial cell growth factor (EGF), thereby promoting gastric mucosal repair. Experimental results show that after four weeks of continuous use, serum aluminum and magnesium ion levels remain normal. In vitro acid-reducing results indicate that 1.0g of hydrotalcite can raise the pH of 150ml of artificial gastric fluid to pH 3 in 14 seconds, approximately 10 times that of aluminum hydroxide (134 seconds). This product has a mild effect, only raising gastric fluid pH to 4.1 at its peak, while an equivalent amount of sodium bicarbonate raises the pH to 6.2. This product can help prevent increased gastric acid secretion caused by excessively high pH.
