[Main Ingredients]
This product is a compound preparation. Each tablet contains 0.294g of cuttlebone (shelled), 0.561g of Corydalis (vinegar-processed), 0.149g of aluminum hydroxide, and 0.748g of licorice extract. Excipients include starch, magnesium stearate, and a color coating agent.
[Properties]
This product is a yellow, round, film-coated tablet that appears brown after removal of the coating. It has a sweet, slightly bitter taste.
[Indications/Main Functions]
It is used for chronic gastritis and to relieve stomach pain, heartburn, and acid reflux caused by excessive gastric acid.

[Dosage and Administration]
Oral, 4-5 tablets at a time, 3 times a day.
[Adverse Reactions]
1. Long-term use in the elderly may cause osteoporosis.
2. Long-term use in patients with renal insufficiency may cause aluminum poisoning and psychiatric symptoms.
[Contraindications]
This product is contraindicated in patients with fractures.
[Precautions]
1. Do not use this product continuously for more than 7 days. If symptoms do not improve, consult a physician or pharmacist.
2. Not suitable for patients with appendicitis or similar symptoms.

4. This product can interfere with phosphorus absorption. Long-term use may cause hypophosphatemia. In patients with hypophosphatemia, this product may cause osteomalacia and osteoporosis.

6. Patients with hypophosphatemia (such as malabsorption syndrome) should not take this product for a long time or in large quantities. 7. Do not use if allergic to this product. Use with caution if allergic.

[Drug Interactions]
1. This product is effective when used with cimetidine and ranitidine to relieve the pain symptoms of duodenal ulcers, but it is not recommended to use the two drugs within 1 hour of each other. 2. The aluminum hydroxide in this product may form complexes with tetracyclines, affecting their absorption and efficacy. 3. Taking this product with enteric-coated tablets may accelerate their dissolution and should not be used together. 4. Avoid taking other medications while taking this product, as aluminum hydroxide can bind to multiple medications and affect their efficacy. 5. [Pharmacology and Toxicology]
The aluminum hydroxide in this drug has antacid and gastric mucosal protective effects; cuttlebone can adsorb pepsin and neutralize gastric acid; corydalis can reduce gastric acid secretion and lower pepsin activity; and licorice contains deoxycorticosterone, which promotes epithelial cell secretion of HCO₃₄ and prevents hydrogen ion back diffusion.
