【Pharmacology and Toxicology】
This product is a gastrointestinal mucosal protective drug. After oral administration, it forms a sol with excellent colloidal properties in gastric fluid. It has a strong affinity for ulcers and inflamed surfaces, forming an effective protective film that isolates gastric acid, protects damaged mucosa, and stimulates mucus secretion by gastrointestinal epithelial cells, promoting their own repair. This product has excellent adhesion to damaged mucosa and has a hemostatic effect. It can also kill Helicobacter pylori. Animal experiments have shown that this product can reduce the frequency and looseness of bowel movements in rabbits and rats with experimental ulcerative colitis.
