[Main Ingredients]
This product is a compound preparation. Each tablet contains: aluminum hydroxide 140mg, vitamin U II (iodomethylmethionine) 50mg, and belladonna extract 10mg.

This product is a white or off-white tablet.
[Indications/Main Functions]
Used to relieve stomach burning, stomach pain, and chronic gastritis caused by excessive gastric acid.

[Dosage and Administration]
Oral. Adults: 1 tablet three times daily.
[Adverse Reactions]
1. This product may cause common digestive adverse reactions such as constipation, abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea, and elevated transaminases.
2. Rarely, eye pain, increased intraocular pressure, rash, and occasionally heart rhythm disturbances (palpitations) may occur.
3. Long-term use in patients with renal insufficiency may cause aluminum accumulation and psychiatric symptoms.
4. Long-term use in the elderly may cause osteoporosis, blurred vision, and difficulty urinating.
[Contraindications]
1. Contraindicated in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia or glaucoma.
2. Contraindicated in patients with appendicitis or similar symptoms.
3. Contraindicated in patients with fractures or hypophosphatemia.
[Precautions]
1. If symptoms do not improve after continuous use for no more than 7 days, consult a physician or pharmacist.
2. Pregnant and lactating women should use under the guidance of a physician.
3. Use with caution in patients with hypertension, heart disease, gastrointestinal obstructive disease, hyperthyroidism, ulcerative colitis, reflux esophagitis, or renal insufficiency.
4. Patients with hypophosphatemia (such as malabsorption syndrome) should not use this product for a long time or in large quantities.
5. Use with caution in the elderly.
6. Contraindicated in patients with allergies to this product. Use with caution in those with allergic constitutions.
7. Do not use this product if its properties change.
8. Keep out of reach of children.
9. If you are taking other medications, consult a physician or pharmacist before using this product.
[Drug Interactions]
1. Avoid taking other medications within 1-2 hours of taking this product, as it may bind with aluminum hydroxide, reducing absorption and affecting efficacy.
2. This product may weaken the effects of metoclopramide and domperidone and should not be taken together.
3. If this product is to be used in combination with medications such as cimetidine and ranitidine, at least one hour should be allowed between the two.
4. Combination use of this product with digitalis glycosides may affect the absorption of these substances, resulting in decreased blood concentrations.
5. Taking this product with enteric-coated tablets may accelerate dissolution of the tablets and should not be used together.
6. Concomitant use with other medications may cause drug interactions. Please consult a physician or pharmacist for details.

The vitamin U II in this product promotes granulation development and mucosal regeneration. Aluminum hydroxide, an antacid, neutralizes excess gastric acid, relieving stomach pain and burning sensations. Belladonna extract inhibits glandular secretion and relieves pain caused by smooth muscle spasms.
