【Pharmacokinetics】
Chloroquinaldol is a contact antibacterial agent. Very little of the component is absorbed by the vaginal mucosa and is not metabolized in the vagina. Topically applied promestriene does not accumulate in tissues, and its biological half-life is less than 24 hours. After application on the skin, less than 1% of the promestriene drug is absorbed.
