[Ingredients]
Each tablet contains 0.03125mg of reserpine, 3.125mg of dihydralazine, 3.125mg of hydrochlorothiazide, 2.083mg of promethazine, 2mg of chlordiazepoxide, 1mg each of vitamin B1, vitamin B6, and calcium pantothenate, 30mg of potassium chloride, and 30mg of magnesium trisilicate.

[Indications]
For early and mid-stage hypertension.
[Dosage and Administration]
Oral: 1-2 tablets/time, 3 times daily.
[Adverse Reactions]

[Pharmacological Actions]
Reserpine is an adrenergic blocker that impairs the storage of mediators within adrenergic nerve endings, depleting vesicles of mediators with pressor effects. Hydralazine sulfate is a vasodilator that relaxes arteriolar smooth muscle and reduces peripheral resistance. Hydrothiazide is a diuretic and antihypertensive drug. The combination of these three drugs has a significant synergistic effect, promoting a decrease in blood pressure. The combined use of the sympathetic inhibitor reserpine, the vasodilator hydralazine sulfate, and the diuretic and antihypertensive drug hydrochlorothiazide has a synergistic effect, improving efficacy and reducing dosage, thereby minimizing the adverse reactions of each drug. Hydrochlorothiazide also enhances the antihypertensive effects of reserpine and hydralazine sulfate and reduces their side effects of water and sodium retention.
