This product is a brain function-enhancing drug and a cyclized derivative of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA). It selectively acts on the central nervous system through the blood-brain barrier. Animal studies have shown that this product significantly promotes memory retrieval during discrimination learning in normal rats, counteracts hypoxia-induced memory impairment, and effectively improves memory impairment caused by certain causes.
