[Indications/Main Functions]
For oral use, it is primarily indicated for the treatment of ventricular arrhythmias, including premature ventricular contractions and ventricular tachycardia.

[Dosage and Administration]
The dosage should be individualized. Other antiarrhythmic drugs should be discontinued for one to two half-lives before taking this product. The usual oral dose for adults is 150-300mg every eight hours, with a maximum daily dose of 900mg.
[Adverse Reactions]
Dizziness, nausea, headache, dizziness, drowsiness, abdominal pain, indigestion, vomiting, sweating, paresthesia, dry mouth, and diplopia are common. The incidence of proarrhythmic effects is about 3.7%.
[Contraindications]
1. Patients with I or IV degree atrioventricular block and bifascicular block without a pacemaker should not use this drug. 2. Patients with cardiogenic shock and allergies should not use this drug.
[Precautions]
1) Since the CAST trial confirmed that this drug can increase the mortality rate within two weeks in patients with asymptomatic non-fatal ventricular arrhythmias after myocardial infarction, and long-term use has not been shown to improve survival, it should be used with caution in such patients. (2) Pay attention to the differentiation between proarrhythmic effects and aggravation of existing arrhythmias. It is best to monitor the drug in the early stage of use. (3) It should be used with caution in the following situations: ① I degree atrioventricular block and intraventricular block; ② liver or renal insufficiency; ③ severe heart failure. (4) Follow-up examinations should be paid attention to during medication: ① blood pressure; ② electrocardiogram; ③ liver function.
