[Dosage and Administration]
Oral. Adults, take one tablet once daily (every 24 hours) with warm water. This tablet must be swallowed whole; do not discard or crush it. Do not crush it and take it with food.

[Contraindications]
1. This product is contraindicated in patients with a known hypersensitivity to omeprazole, other benzimidazoles, or any other ingredient in this product. Hypersensitivity reactions may include anaphylaxis, anaphylactic shock, angioedema, bronchospasm, interstitial nephritis, and hives.
2. As with other proton pump inhibitors, omeprazole should not be used in combination with atazanavir or nelfinavir.
3. This product is contraindicated in patients with a known hypersensitivity reaction, those with severe renal impairment, and infants and young children.
