[Ingredients]
The main ingredient of this product is colloidal bismuth pectin, a complex of pectin and bismuth with variable composition.
[Appearance]
Capsules, containing yellow powder or granules.
[Indications]
This product is used to treat peptic ulcers, particularly those caused by Helicobacter pylori. It can also be used for chronic superficial and atrophic gastritis.
[Dosage and Administration]
Oral administration. Adults: 3 capsules 4 times daily, 1 hour before meals and at bedtime.
[Adverse Reactions]
After taking this product, stool may appear dull dark brown, but there are no other discomforts. This is a normal reaction. Stool color returns to normal within 1-2 days after discontinuation of the drug.
[Contraindications]
Contraindicated for use in patients with severe renal insufficiency and pregnant women.
[Precautions]
1. Do not use this product continuously for more than 7 days. If symptoms persist, consult a physician or pharmacist. 2. Consult a physician or pharmacist regarding dosage for children.
3. Do not take other bismuth preparations while taking this product, and this product should not be taken in large quantities or over a long period of time.

[Pharmacological Actions]
After oral administration, it forms a protective film on the gastric mucosa and stimulates mucus secretion by gastric epithelial cells, enhancing mucosal protection. It also kills Helicobacter pylori and promotes the healing of gastritis.
