[Ingredients]
Each tablet contains 55 mg of allantoin and 45 mg of aluminum hydroxide.
[Properties]
This product is a white tablet.
[Indications]
Used to relieve stomach pain, heartburn, and chronic gastritis caused by excessive gastric acid.
[Dosage and Administration]
Oral. Adults: 2-3 tablets at a time, 3 times daily. Take 2-3 hours after a meal.
[Adverse Reactions]
1. Long-term use in the elderly may lead to osteoporosis. 2. Long-term use in patients with renal insufficiency may increase the risk of aluminum poisoning and mental symptoms.
[Contraindications]
This product is contraindicated in patients with allergies.
[Precautions]
1. Do not use this product continuously for more than 7 days. If symptoms do not improve or disappear, consult a physician or pharmacist.
2. Consult a physician or pharmacist regarding dosage for children.
3. Taking this product with appendicitis or acute abdomen may aggravate the condition and increase the risk of appendicitis perforation.
4. This product should not be used by patients with fractures, as it can form insoluble aluminum phosphate complexes with phosphate, leading to decreased serum phosphate concentrations and phosphorus removal from bones.
5. This product can interfere with phosphate absorption; long-term use may cause hypophosphatemia.
6. Use with caution in patients with renal insufficiency and Alzheimer's disease. This product may cause osteomalacia in patients with hypophosphatemia.
7. This product has a constipating effect; use with caution in patients with chronic constipation.
8. This product is contraindicated if its properties change.
9. Children must be supervised during use.
