[Indications]
This product is indicated for the treatment of acute and chronic viral hepatitis accompanied by elevated alanine aminotransferase.
[Dosage and Administration]
Oral administration: 150 mg (3 capsules at a time), 3 times daily.
[Adverse Reactions]
Mainly include anorexia, nausea, vomiting, abdominal distension, pruritus, hives, dry mouth, and edema. Cardiovascular symptoms include headache, dizziness, chest tightness, palpitations, and increased blood pressure. These symptoms are generally mild and do not require discontinuation of the drug.
[Contraindications]
This product is contraindicated in patients with severe hypokalemia, hypernatremia, hypertension, heart failure, or renal failure.
[Precautions]
During treatment, blood pressure, serum potassium, and sodium levels should be monitored regularly. If hypertension, sodium retention, or hypokalemia develop, the drug should be discontinued or the dosage reduced appropriately.
