[Dosage and Administration]
Oral. Adults: Take one tablet four times daily. The first three doses should be taken half an hour before meals, and the fourth dose should be taken two hours after dinner. Alternatively, take two tablets twice daily, morning and evening.
[Adverse Reactions]
During medication, an ammonia odor may occur in the mouth, and the tongue coating and stool may turn grayish-black. This will disappear upon discontinuation. Nausea and constipation may occur occasionally.

The main ingredient of this product is bismuth tripotassium dicitrate. It forms a diffuse protective layer on the surface of ulcers in the acidic environment of the stomach, preventing the invasion of gastric acid, enzymes, and food. It also reduces pepsin activity, increases mucin secretion, and promotes the release of prostaglandins from the mucosa, thereby protecting the gastric mucosa. In addition, this product has a Helicobacter pylori (HP)-killing effect, thereby promoting the healing of gastritis.
