【Dosage and Administration】
Oral administration. Adults and children over 6 years of age: 10mg once daily.
【Adverse Reactions】
In a randomized controlled clinical trial involving approximately 90,000 patients with allergic rhinitis, oral loratadine 10 mg once daily for 2 weeks to 6 months resulted in a 2% discontinuation rate due to adverse reactions in both the treatment and placebo groups. Side effects were reported in patients with chronic idiopathic urticaria. Side effects were similar to those in patients with allergic rhinitis.
【Contraindications】
Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to this product or any of its components.
【Precautions】
Patients with hepatic or renal impairment should reduce the dosage. A dose of 10 mg once every two days is recommended.
