【Ingredients】
This product is a compound preparation. Each patch contains not less than 16 μg of triamcinolone acetonide and not less than 90 units of neomycin sulfate.
【Appearance】
This product is a white, sheet-like rubber plaster.
【Indications】
Used for localized neurodermatitis and chronic eczema. Also suitable for small areas of psoriasis.
【Dosage and Administration】
For external use. Apply to the affected area.
【Adverse Reactions】
Long-term use may cause symptoms similar to hyperadrenocorticism, including hirsutism, acne, moon face, hypertension, osteoporosis, depression, and poor wound healing. Local skin atrophy, telangiectasia, pigmentation, and secondary infections may occur.
【Contraindications】
1. Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to this product.
2. Do not use on broken skin.
3. Contraindicated in acute and subacute inflammatory conditions and exudative erosive skin diseases.
4. Not suitable for application to hairy areas or for patients allergic to adhesive plasters.
【Precautions】
1. Appropriate anti-infective treatment should be given if bacterial or viral infection is present.
2. Use with caution in patients with hypertension, heart disease, osteoporosis, or hepatic or renal insufficiency.
3. Keep out of reach of children.

【Pharmacological Action】
Triamcinolone acetonide in this product is a corticosteroid. When used topically, it has anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic, and antipruritic effects. It can eliminate fever, redness, and swelling caused by local non-infectious inflammation. Neomycin sulfate is an aminoglycoside antibiotic. It has good activity against Staphylococcus spp. (methicillin-sensitive strains) and Corynebacterium spp., and also against Enterobacteriaceae such as Escherichia coli, Klebsiella spp., and Proteus spp. However, it has poor activity against various groups of Streptococcus, Streptococcus pneumoniae, and Enterococcus spp. Pseudomonas aeruginosa and anaerobic bacteria are resistant to this drug. Bacteria exhibit partial or complete cross-resistance to streptomycin, neomycin, kanamycin, and gentamicin.
