【Main Ingredients】
Each tablet contains 10 mg of cetirizine hydrochloride. Excipients include: lactose, microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, and film-coating premix (gastric-soluble).
【Appearance】
This product is a white, oval film-coated tablet. After removing the coating, it is white or off-white.
【Indications/Main Functions】
Symptomatic treatment of seasonal rhinitis, perennial allergic rhinitis, allergic conjunctivitis, and itching and urticaria caused by allergies.

【Dosage and Administration】
Oral administration. Recommended for adults and children aged 6 years and older. Adults: Take one tablet once daily with a small amount of liquid at dinner. If sensitive to adverse reactions, half a tablet twice daily (morning and evening). Children aged 6-12 years: Take one tablet once daily; or half a tablet twice daily.

【Contraindications】
1. Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any component of this product, hydroxyzine, or any other piperazine derivative.
2. Contraindicated in patients with severe renal impairment (creatinine clearance less than 10 mL/min).
3. This product contains lactose. Patients with rare hereditary galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption syndrome should not take this product.
【Precautions】
1. At therapeutic doses, no clinically significant interaction with alcohol has been shown (blood alcohol level 0.5 g/L). However, caution should be exercised when consuming alcohol while taking this product.
2. Cetirizine may increase the risk of urinary retention; therefore, it should be used with caution in patients with predisposing factors for urinary retention (e.g., spinal cord injury, benign prostatic hyperplasia).
3. Patients with epilepsy or at risk of seizures should use with caution.
4. Patients with renal insufficiency should use this medication under the guidance of a physician.
5. Special caution is required when administering this medication to pregnant women. It is not recommended for use in the first trimester of pregnancy. Cetirizine should not be used by breastfeeding women, as it can pass into breast milk.
6. Driving, operating machinery, working at heights, or operating precision instruments is prohibited while taking this medication.
7. This product is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to it; use with caution in patients with allergic constitutions.
8. Antihistamines can reduce the sensitivity of skin allergy tests; therefore, discontinue use for 3 days before undergoing such tests.
9. Do not use this product if its appearance changes.
10. Keep this product out of reach of children.
11. Children must use this product under adult supervision. Cetirizine hydrochloride drops are recommended for children aged 2-6 years. This product is not recommended for children under 6 years of age because the dosage cannot be accurately adjusted with coated tablets.
