Appearance:
This product is a white tablet.
Indications:
Used for Parkinson's disease, Parkinson's syndrome, drug-induced extrapyramidal disorders, Parkinson's syndrome after carbon monoxide poisoning, and Parkinson's syndrome in the elderly complicated with cerebral arteriosclerosis. Also used for the prevention and treatment of respiratory infections caused by influenza A virus.
Dosage and Administration:
Oral administration. For Parkinson's disease and Parkinson's syndrome, 100mg (1 tablet) once or twice a day, with a maximum daily dose of 400mg (4 tablets). For antiviral purposes, adults take 200mg (2 tablets) once a day or 100mg (1 tablet) every 12 hours. Children aged 1–9 years: 1.5–3 mg/kg body weight, every 8 hours, or 2.2–4.4 mg/kg body weight, every 12 hours; Children aged 9–12 years: 100 mg every 12 hours; Children aged 12 years and older: same dosage as adults.
Adverse Reactions:
Dizziness, insomnia, and nervousness; nausea, vomiting, anorexia, dry mouth, constipation. Occasionally, depression, anxiety, hallucinations, confusion, ataxia, and headache may occur; seizures are rare. Leukopenia and neutropenia are uncommon.
Contraindications:
Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to this product.
Precautions:
Use under close monitoring in the following situations: patients with a history of epilepsy, confusion, hallucinations, congestive heart failure, renal insufficiency, peripheral angioedema, or orthostatic hypotension. Do not abruptly discontinue the drug while treating Parkinson's disease. Avoid driving, operating machinery, and working at heights while taking this medication. The last dose of medication each day should be taken before 4 PM to avoid insomnia.
Overdosage:
Symptoms of poisoning: Overdosage may cause difficulty urinating, arrhythmia, hypotension, agitation, confusion, delirium, hallucinations, etc. In severe cases, coma, convulsions, and even death may occur.
Treatment: Administer appropriate symptomatic and supportive treatment according to the patient's condition.
Population:
Contraindicated in newborns and infants under 1 year of age. Use with caution. This product can cross the placenta. Animal studies have shown that a daily dose of 50 mg/kg (12 times the usual human dose) in rats is toxic to the embryo and can cause birth defects. Pregnant women should use with caution. This product is excreted in breast milk; contraindicated in breastfeeding women.

Drug Interactions:
1. Concomitant use of this product with ethanol may enhance central nervous system depressant effects.
2. When used in combination with other anti-Parkinson's drugs, anticholinergics, antihistamines, phenothiazines, or tricyclic antidepressants, this product may enhance the anticholinergic response.
3. When used in combination with central nervous system stimulants, this product may enhance central nervous system excitation, and in severe cases, may cause convulsions or arrhythmias.
