【Ingredients】
Chemical Name: 3-Hydroxy-1-methyldihydroindole-5,6-dione acetonide. Molecular Formula: C10H12N4O3, Molecular Weight: 236.23.
【Appearance】
This product is a sugar-coated tablet; after removing the sugar coating, it appears orange or orange-red.
【Indications】
Suitable for bleeding caused by capillary damage and increased permeability, such as epistaxis, retinal hemorrhage, hemoptysis, gastrointestinal bleeding, hematuria, hemorrhoids, and uterine bleeding. It is also used for thrombocytopenic purpura, but the hemostatic effect is not ideal.
【Dosage and Administration】
Oral: 2.5–5.0 mg each time, 3 times a day.
【Adverse Reactions】
This product has low toxicity but may cause salicylic acid-like reactions such as nausea, vomiting, dizziness, tinnitus, and decreased vision. It may cause abnormal brain electrical activity in patients with epilepsy.
【Contraindications】
This product is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to salicylic acid. Use with caution in patients with a history of epilepsy or mental illness.

【Pharmacological Action】
This is sodium salicylate salt of adrenaline, an oxidation product of adrenaline. It enhances the resistance of capillaries to damage, stabilizes acidic mucopolysaccharides in blood vessels and surrounding tissues, reduces capillary permeability, and enhances the retraction of damaged capillary ends, making it less likely for blood clots to detach from the vessel wall, thereby shortening hemostasis time, but does not affect the coagulation process.
