【Main Ingredients】

【Indications/Therapeutic Uses】
Used for allergic rhinitis, urticaria, and pruritic skin diseases (eczema, dermatitis, prurigo, pruritus, psoriasis vulgaris, erythema multiforme).
【Dosage and Administration】
The usual adult dose is 5mg twice daily, once in the morning and once in the evening. The dosage may be adjusted according to age and symptoms.
【Adverse Reactions】
The incidence of adverse reactions after taking this product is 16.1%. The main adverse reactions include drowsiness (11.6%), fatigue (1.5%), dry mouth (0.6%), and abdominal pain (0.5%). The main abnormal clinical parameters include elevated ALT (3.5%) and elevated AST (2.0%).
【Contraindications】
This product is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to it.
【Precautions】
1. Use with caution in patients with impaired renal function (these patients may maintain persistently high blood drug concentrations after taking this product).
