【Appearance】
This product is a capsule, the contents of which are a white powder.
【Indications】
Various types of depression, including depression with anxiety and generalized anxiety disorder.
【Dosage and Administration】
Oral administration. The starting dose is 25 mg once, 2-3 times a day. Gradually increase to 75 mg-225 mg per day, divided into 2-3 doses, depending on the condition. The maximum dose is 350 mg per day. Can be taken with food. Or as directed by your doctor.
【Dosage and Food】
Take with or after meals: Swallow the whole tablet during or after a meal.
【Adverse Reactions】
Gastrointestinal discomfort such as nausea, loss of appetite, and diarrhea may occur. Headache, restlessness, weakness, drowsiness, insomnia, dizziness, or tremors may also occur. Rare adverse reactions include allergic rash and decreased sexual function. It can cause increased blood pressure, which is positively correlated with the dose. High doses may induce seizures. Abrupt discontinuation may cause withdrawal syndrome such as insomnia, anxiety, nausea, sweating, tremors, dizziness, and paresthesia.
【Contraindications】
Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to this product and in patients currently taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors.

【Precautions】
1. Use with caution in patients with angle-closure glaucoma or epilepsy.
2. Use with caution in patients with severe heart disease, hypertension, thyroid disease, or blood disorders.
3. Use with caution or reduce dosage in patients with hepatic or renal insufficiency.
4. Monitor blood pressure during medication; reduce dosage or discontinue medication if blood pressure rises.
5. Gradually reduce dosage when discontinuing medication; for patients who have used this product for 6 weeks or longer, gradually reduce dosage over 2 weeks.
6. Discontinue medication immediately if the patient shows signs of manic episodes.
7. Do not drive, operate machinery, or work at heights while taking this medication.
【Overdosage】
Indications of overdosage include lethargy and drowsiness. Symptomatic and supportive treatment should be provided.
【Population】
Use with caution.
【Drug Interactions】
1. Concomitant use with selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors or monoamine oxidase inhibitors may cause hypertension, rigidity, myoclonus, involuntary movements, anxiety, altered consciousness, and even coma and death. Therefore, a 7-14 day washout period is required when switching from one drug to another.
2. Concomitant use with quinidine may increase the blood concentration of this product.
3. Concomitant use with β-blockers such as propranolol, medolol, and timolol, or with tricyclic antidepressants such as amitriptyline, clomipramine, and Imipramine, or with antiarrhythmic drugs such as propafenone, codeine, and dextromethorphan, may competitively inhibit the metabolism of this product.
4. Concomitant use with cimetidine may decrease the clearance rate of this product.
