【Pharmacological Actions】
1. Pharmacological Actions: The main component of this product, aminopeptide, is an active substance extracted from animal organs, containing various amino acids, polypeptides, and trace elements. It helps regulate the body's immune function and facilitates nutritional metabolism. Another component, aminophylline, inhibits the activity of phosphodiesterase in the body, increases the intracellular cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) content, thereby inhibiting cell division at the lesion site, controlling the thickening of scales at the lesion site, and promoting the repair of diseased tissue. Chlorpheniramine maleate is an antihistamine with sedative, antipruritic, and anti-allergic effects. It can reduce the skin's sensitivity to external stimuli and alleviate the subjective symptoms of psoriasis patients.
2. Toxicological Studies (1) Acute Toxicity Experiment: Mice were administered the compound aminopeptide tablets via gavage, and the LD50 was determined to be 3200 mg/kg body weight. (2) Subacute Toxicity Experiment: Rats were administered the compound aminopeptide tablets at doses of 1.0 g/kg and 0.2 g/kg via gavage for 60 days. The experimental results showed that the growth, blood count, liver, and kidney function of the tested animals were all within the normal range. No significant pathological changes were observed in the heart, liver, spleen, lungs, kidneys, stomach, intestines, and brain through pathological anatomy and histological observation.
