【Pharmacological Actions】
The main component of this product, aminopeptide, is an active substance extracted from animal organs, containing various amino acids, polypeptides, and trace elements. It helps regulate the body's immune function and facilitates the body's nutritional metabolism. Another component, aminophylline, can inhibit the activity of phosphodiesterase in the body, increase the content of intracellular cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP), thereby inhibiting cell division in the lesion site, inhibiting the thickening of scales in the lesion site, and allowing the lesion tissue to repair. Chlorpheniramine maleate is an antihistamine with sedative, antipruritic, and anti-allergic effects. It can reduce the skin's sensitivity to external stimuli and alleviate the subjective symptoms of psoriasis patients.
【Toxicological Studies】
(1) Acute Toxicity Experiment: The LD50 of compound aminopeptide tablets was 3200 mg/kg body weight when administered orally to mice.
(2) Subacute Toxicity Experiment: Compound aminopeptide tablets were administered orally to rats at doses of 1.0 g/kg and 0.2 g/kg for 60 days. Experimental results showed that the growth, blood counts, and liver and kidney function of the test animals were all within the normal range. No significant pathological changes were observed in the heart, liver, spleen, lungs, kidneys, stomach, intestines, and brain through pathological anatomy and histological examination.
