【Main Ingredients】
Each tablet contains 10mg of cetirizine hydrochloride. Excipients include lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, microcrystalline silica gel, magnesium stearate, and omeprazole.
【Appearance】
This product is an oval film-coated tablet, white after removing the coating.
【Indications/Main Functions】
Symptomatic treatment of seasonal rhinitis, perennial allergic rhinitis, and itching and urticaria caused by allergies.

【Dosage and Administration】
Oral administration. Recommended for adults and children over 2 years of age. Adults: Take one tablet once a day with a small amount of liquid at dinner. If sensitive to adverse reactions, half a tablet twice a day, morning and evening. Children aged 6-12 years: Take one tablet once a day; or half a tablet twice a day. Children aged 2-6 years: Half a tablet once a day; or 1/4 tablet twice a day.
【Adverse Reactions】
Mild and transient adverse reactions have been reported occasionally, such as headache, dizziness, drowsiness, agitation, dry mouth, and abdominal discomfort. In objective tests measuring psychomotor function, the sedative effect of this product is similar to that of placebo. Allergic reactions have been rarely reported.
【Contraindications】
1. Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to hydroxyzine.
2. Contraindicated in patients with severe renal impairment.
【Precautions】
1. Patients with renal insufficiency should use this product under the guidance of a physician.
2. Not recommended for use in the first trimester of pregnancy and during lactation.
3. Drink alcohol with caution when taking this product.
4. Do not drive, operate machinery, work at heights, or operate precision instruments while taking this medication.
5. This product is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to it. Use with caution in patients with allergic constitutions.
6. Do not use this product if its appearance changes.
7. Keep this product out of reach of children.
8. Children must use this product under adult supervision.

【Use in Pregnant and Lactating Women】
Animal teratogenicity studies showed no teratogenic effects. However, as a precaution, cetirizine dihydrochloride should not be given to pregnant women in the first trimester. It should also not be used by breastfeeding women.
【Pharmacology and Toxicology】
This product is a selective histamine H1 receptor antagonist. Animal studies have shown that this product has no significant anticholinergic or anti-serotonin effects, does not easily cross the blood-brain barrier to act on central H1 receptors, and has a mild central nervous system depressant effect in clinical use.
