【Ingredients】
The main ingredient of this product is mecobalamin, its chemical name is: Co-[-(5,6-dimethylbenzimidazolyl)]-Co-methylcobalaminamide.
【Appearance】
This product is a white sugar-coated tablet; after removing the sugar coating, it appears pink.
【Indications】
Peripheral neuropathy.
【Dosage and Administration】
Oral administration. The usual adult dose is 0.5 mg three times a day, which may be increased or decreased according to age and symptoms.
【Adverse Reactions】
1. Allergy: Occasionally, a rash may occur (incidence rate 0.1%). If this occurs, discontinue use.
2. Other: Occasionally (incidence rate 5%–0.1%), loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea may occur.
【Contraindications】
Contraindicated in patients with a history of allergy to mecobalamin or any of the excipients in the prescription.
【Precautions】
1. If ineffective after one month of use, discontinue use.
2. Workers exposed to mercury and its compounds should not take this product in large quantities or for extended periods.
3. Once opened, store this product away from light and moisture.

Pregnancy and Lactation: Although methylcobalamin has not shown teratogenic effects in animal studies, its safety in pregnant women is unclear. It is unclear whether methylcobalamin is excreted in breast milk, but animal studies have reported its excretion in breast milk. The safety of this product in lactating women is unclear.
Elderly: Due to decreased function in the elderly, it is recommended to reduce the dosage appropriately under the guidance of a doctor.
